Trying to be a “perfect 10” in all areas of your life (mom, wife, boss, employee, etc.) is an admirable goal, but one that is not very realistic. Especially when you are leaving out the most important person: yourself! When we overthink and over-expect things, we enter into a state of overwhelm.
In this video, I will give you my top tips on how to beat the nagging guilt of not constantly being that “perfect 10” in all areas. Understand and accept that life can be balanced and slightly flawed at the same time.
Let go of that perfectionism, maintain momentum and don’t forget to give yourself grace, space and love.
